With us, you are guaranteed with satisfaction!
If for some reason, our product does not meet your expectations (which almost never happens ;-) then you may return or exchange your order or certain products within your order. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating in writing your intention and reason to return/ exchange the specific article from your order. In this email you must indicate the specific product(s) that you wish to return/ exchange and provide us with the order number and your bank account number. Please also inform us the reason for the return/ exchange so that we can continue to improve our merchandise and our service.
You can then post the package with the article you wish to return/ exchange back to HAMMAM34. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned article. We hold the right not to accept returned packages and envelopes where the shipping costs have not been completely paid for.

Please Not: Packages without a track & trace will not be accepted.
Once we have established that the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) into your bank account within 10 working days following the confirmation email.

Articles that have been purchased with a discount or on sale may not be returned or exchanged. Returned or exchanged products must still have their original labels attached to them, and must be returned in the original wrapping. Articles will not be accepted if:
HAMMAM34 cannot be held responsible for the lost or damage of the returned item(s), therefore we advise you to return your goods with registered mail. Please make sure you package your return safely to prevent any damage to the items.
Returns can take up to 21 working days to get back to us. We will process your return within 10 working days of receipt.
Please retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed that your refund has been processed.
